A booking can be made through instant booking or inquiry booking depending on Adelewiss Travel Agency and vendor agreement, as well as service availability.
Product pricing is displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and other currencies for reference purposes. Final settlement will be made in USD using exchange rates provided by Bloomberg.
For every successful booking transaction, users will receive a booking voucher and payment receipt via email. The voucher serves as proof of a valid transaction.
Emails may sometimes be delivered to your spam or junk folder. Please check and mark our emails as “Not Spam” for future convenience.

Users are required to print the voucher or save the e-voucher on their mobile device and present it to Adelewiss Travel Agency staff.
All payments made using Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, PayPal, and other supported methods are processed securely through certified payment gateway providers using 128-bit SSL encryption.
Voucher usage is subject to Adelewiss Travel Agency terms and conditions as well as the respective vendor’s policies.
Online bookings are confirmed and spaces will be reserved once partial or full payment has been received by the company.
We accept international bank transfers, Credit Cards, and PayPal payments.
To avoid disappointment due to limited availability, we recommend arranging payment at least one week before the scheduled activity date.
PayPal payments may be made up to 24 hours before the activity. However, PayPal may occasionally conduct payment reviews that can take up to 24 hours before the transaction is cleared.
During this review period, the booking is considered unpaid until payment is successfully received in our PayPal account.
Adelewiss Travel Agency operates under normal weather conditions, including light rain.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, activities may be canceled or rescheduled for safety reasons.
If an activity cannot proceed due to weather or force majeure conditions, guests may choose between rescheduling or receiving a refund.
